About Me

My path to coaching has been shaped by both professional rigor and lived experience.

I began my career in the corporate world, earning an MBA and working in fast-paced environments that demanded clarity, performance, and adaptability.

Becoming a parent nearly 25 years ago marked a turning point. Raising children — including navigating the realities of neurodiversity — profoundly deepened my understanding of identity, values, resilience, and purpose, and ultimately led me to this work.

Today, I support people of all ages who are navigating transitions — professionally, personally, or internally — and who want greater clarity about what matters most and how to move forward, meaningfully.

My training spans both evidence-based and contemplative approaches. I am an ICF-certified coach and a certified practitioner of the Becoming You methodology, and I also draw on years of meditation and mindfulness training through the Academy of Intuition Medicine in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In addition to my coaching practice, I am a co-founder of Terra Meditations, where I host live online meditations and create recorded practices. I am also deeply committed to supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families — work I speak about in the Voices of Compassion podcast — and to helping people feel understood, resourced, and aligned as they move through life’s transitions.

In the few months I've worked with Jen, she has made such a positive impact in my life. Her thoughtful, customized guidance along with words of wisdom through helpful analogies and "homework" gave me concrete steps towards changing my life for the better,  My only wish is that I had met with Jen much earlier, I can only imagine how differently I would've approached things. However, better late than never as they say and I'm forever grateful to her.
